Events and activities
We want as many people as possible to experience the heritage of these incredible allotments by holding regular activity days, open days and gardener workshops. Our staff also lead guided heritage tours of the site, give talks and presentations to interested groups and take mobile exhibitions out into the community.

The Community Orchard holds activity days usually on the third Sunday of every month.

Gardener workshops
We are now holding regular hands-on workshops throughout the year for tenants, from fruit tree pruning to sustainable gardening. Most of these workshops are run on an avenue by avenue basis. If you are interested in joining one, or would like us to organise one for your avenue or neighbouring gardeners, please contact Marc Richmond or call the STAA office.
